Snomics & Snomics-to-Seurat added to the site

Both the tools Snomics and Snomics-to-Seurat have been added to the site. Snomics is a tool for running, a single-cell multiomics pre-processing, and Snomics-to-Seurat is a tool for converting Snomics output to a useable Seurat object for analysis.
