The MAP-AD tools wiki is now live! Please refer to the Getting Started page for an overview of the tools available and how to contribute. If you have any questions or encounter any issues, please open an issue on our GitHub repository.
2024-10-07 - Snomics & Snomics-to-Seurat added to the site
Both the tools Snomics and Snomics-to-Seurat have been added to the site. Snomics is a tool for running, a single-cell multiomics pre-processing, and Snomics-to-Seurat is a tool for converting Snomics output to a useable Seurat object for analysis. Please refer to the respective pages for more information on each tool.
